Very fast and cheap at 1st of January at 3am.

Great app needs to keep moving forward and add features, but really nice work!

Just doesnt allow setting a specific pickup time (e.g. 5am to go to the airport)

DO NOT RELY ON IT. This is truly the worst taxi app in Prague, giving drivers all the advantage while leaving customers in the dust. 1. Drivers "in your area" may be 5km away and carrying another passenger, with no intention of picking you up anytime soon. 2. Drivers can offer to take you even if they have little chance of reaching you in time. 3. After you select a driver you cannot cancel the order. This is a problem when time is passing and you see via the map that the driver isnt coming your way. You can call him to have a chat though! 4. A driver can cancel your order after youve waited 15 minutes. And the app gives you no way to respond by giving the driver a bad rating, thereby warning future customers. 5. You cannot schedule a pickup, only order taxis for the present moment.

Liftago is the only one that doesn’t cancel the ride and has the best service.

The app was not very easy to use. At first, I couldn’t put in my credit card information and then my ride was set to cash when I thought I had selected card and there was no way to change it. I also had a discount which I wasn’t able to use since the ride was paid in cash. Not very user friendly.

Really easy to create an account, easy to use app, great selection of drivers.

Good app , similar to Uber and Lift apps. Took a ride in Prague, better then rude taxi dispatcher and scared to rudeness taxi drivers. Go up for this app drivers , don’t stay in the first floor , where the taxis are.

The is the second time my credit card was not accepted by Liftago. United States customers are getting screwed over by this company. They accept credit cards of every single nation on this planet except for the US. I find it appalling and quite discriminatory. Shame in you!

The app is great and services are superb. I like the fact that you can compare prices and choose the one most affordable.

This app is easy to use and allows you to use cash or pay through the app. As you ride, the app displays the running total, like a cab meter.

Very nice driver!

Our ride with Liftago was very smooth, from booking a car to getting to our destination. The waiting time was very short, by the time we booked and get out of the station the car was already there waiting for us. Our driver Stepan was very knowledgeable and friendly, his car was very comfortable. The small extras (a bottle of mineral water, chewing gum for my son, charger for iPhone, internet access) made our trip very enjoyable. Finally, Stepan drove very safely and delivered us at our destination in unexpectedly short time. I could not recommend him more and hope that we will have a chance to use his service again.

Seems like a good app but I was in able to get past “enter payment card” stage as it keeps giving an error message “merchant does not accept this card”. I tried several major Visa cards to the same effect. Tried another Prague taxi app and the cards worked just fine...

More cars, accurate waiting times, accurate location service, real background checks, all drivers carry insurance.

Vyborna appka ktera po spusteni okamzite spadne. Excellent App which when run immediately falls.
